Refund policy

Because we incur shipping charges to send you our magazines, order cancellation is only available for a limited time. This is five days after you place your order, as after this time the magazine might have already been couriered to you.

We will refund your money or replace your order if:

• We are unable to find a suitable courier or postal service for your address.
• If there is major damage to the packaging that damages the magazines it contains in anyway. Please contact help@digit.in with picture evidence of the damage.
• In case you accidentally place an order twice, we will refund one amount.
• We also offer full or partial refunds solely at the discretion of our editor.

In the event of complex projects consisting of several milestones a partial refund may be issued covering the cost of the milestones that were not completed. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for refunds to credit to your payment account. While we will initiate most refunds instantly, we cannot account for delays that may happen due to regular banking procedures. Since all print orders also come with free digital access, we would like to specify that the product you are buying is our PRINT MAGAZINE via this website, and no refunds will be made for the physical print copies based on your inability to access our free digital version of the magazine. Also, we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not promise any refund / return / exchange requests based on incompatibility of our digital products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our digital products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
